  • All of our products are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order ships or ready for pick up

  • Yes, production times may vary depending on current volume, holidays, or large custom orders. If your order will take longer than expected, we’ll let you know.

  • You’ll receive an email when your order has either:

    Shipped (including tracking information)

    Is ready for local pick up.

  • If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on our production schedule

  • Pick up instructions, including the address and any additional details, will be included in your pick up notification email.

  • Because our products are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
